Dental Survey for selected children who will be 5 on 18th July 2024
If you have been sent a Parentapp message it means your child has been selected at random to participate in a national dental survey. Please see appendix part 1 for further details of this programme. To consent to your child taking part you will need to complete appendix part 2 and return this to school.
