The cleaning role offers a positive and flexible opportunity, well-suited not only to students but also to others who may not be available to work during the middle of the day, such as parents, carers, or individuals with other commitments. With a total of 15 hours per week during term time, it provides a manageable workload that can fit around a variety of schedules. The option to work morning shifts (7:00–8:30) or afternoon shifts (3:00–6:00) allows individuals to choose hours that align with their availability, as long as the total required hours are completed. This flexibility supports a healthy work–life balance while encouraging reliability, time management, and a sense of contribution to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
